Entire Agreement: This contract represents the whole legal agreement between JP Euro Service Customers. No other promises or agreements outside this contract and subsequent repair authorizations shall be considered valid. Penalty for No.

Additional Service: No services outside of those described in this auto repair contract will be performed by the Company without prior written, phone call, or texting approval from the Customer.

Binding Contract: This contract shall be considered binding upon both parties and their assigns or successors, including subsequent title holders for the vehicle being repaired.

Labor Warranty: JP Euro Service shall provide a limited warranty covering the work performed under this auto repair contract. This warranty shall last for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first from completing authorized repairs. During the warranty period, JP Euro Service will correct any defects in artistry related to the repairs performed to this contract at its sole cost and expense.

State of Texas Power of Attorney County of Dallas: Known all men by these present that I (or we), the undersigned, do hereby constitute and appoint JP Euro as my (or our) true and lawful agent and attorney, in fact, to endorse in the name, place, and stead of the undersigned any check or draft issued by the above-mentioned insurance carrier to cover all or part of the repairs to my (or our) automobile which we are authorized by me (or us) in whichever manner is necessary to negotiate such a check or draft for the purpose of paying such repairs. I (or we) hereby ratify and confirm whatever action said agent and attorney in fact may take in such regard by virtue hereof. *

I understand and agree that JP Euro can only give me an estimated completion date for the repairs on my vehicle. Delays due to parts availability, insurance re-inspections, supplemental and/ or hidden damages, cannot be anticipated. These factors can greatly affect the completion time. I further understand and agree that JP Euro in not responsible for providing me with a complementary loan vehicle while my vehicle is in this shop for repair and service work. It is my sole responsibility for arranging alternate transportation. This responsibility also convers any situation where insurance company coverage for a rental vehicle has ceased. *

I have removed all valuables from the vehicle, such as money, firearms, phone, CD’s, jewelry, garage door opener, etc. *

I understand that I am responsible for any deductible, adjustment for depreciation and/or betterment amounts or failure of my insurance company to pay other labor, part or material costs necessary to restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition as required by state law. *

I hereby authorize the repair work to be done along with the necessary material, and hereby grant JP Euro and its employee’s permission to operate the car or truck herein described on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/ or inspection. I have read and understand all of the above information and an express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on the above car or truck to secure the amount of repair thereto. *

I understand that the vehicle is subject to repossession in accordance with business and commerce code 9.609. If payment for the repair of the motor vehicle by check, money order, or a credit card transaction is stopped, dishonored due to insufficient funds, no funds, or because the maker or drawer of the order or the credit card holder has no account or the account upon which it is drawn or the credit card account has been closed.*

I certify that they have the legal right to authorize repairs for the above-listed vehicle. I now grant you and/or your employee's permission to operate the vehicle described above on streets, highways, or elsewhere for testing, inspecting, and /or transport to another repair facility. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the number of repairs to it. JP Euro Service will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the car or articles left in the car in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond JP Euro Service. JP Euro Service follows its repair procedure to ensure a quality repair backed by a written guarantee. Some differences may exist between our exact repair process and the policies outlined in insurance company estimates. However, any differences that would affect total repair costs will be discussed with you or your insurance company beforehand. I agree to pay in full for the services upon completing all listed auto repairs before picking up their vehicle from JP Euro

Payment: I agree to pay for all parts, labor, fees, taxes, and other charges incurred during the performance of any repairs authorized by me in writing, email, verbal, or texting. JP Euro Service will provide an invoice upon completing repairs detailing all fees and listing a final outstanding balance for the amount. Must be made in full payment before the car is returned to us

Repair Process: JP Euro Service process progresses through three stages as follows:1. Vehicle Analysis: In this stage, technicians evaluate the vehicle and create a report listing all necessary repairs. This report details any damage or outstanding maintenance required and includes expected repair costs. The report has been delivered to me and was used to create the repair description and cost itemization contract. 2. Additional Damage: additional problems may be uncovered. If JP Euro Service technicians discover the need for repair outside of those listed in this contract, work on the vehicle will cease, and written notification of repair will be sent to you. JP Euro Service will not perform any repairs outside of those listed in this contract without prior written authorization from you. 3. Insurer Estimate: If an insurance claim is filed by a customer related to the repairs performed, JP Euro Service will create an insurance estimate for submission to the insurer. This estimate is intended for internal use by the insurer to validate the insurance claim and reserve funds for payment after repair services.

Communication with Insurers: I acknowledge that JP Euro Service has no formal relationship or obligation to any insurer.JP Euro Service's sole responsibility is to me, and performing safe, timely, and complete repairs is the priority. I acknowledge that JP Euro Service is not obligated to communicate with or assist insurers or their agents, including accepting cost estimates from insurers or allowing their agents into shop facilities for any reason.

Non-OEM Parts: I acknowledge that any repairs using parts not made by the vehicle's manufacturer (commonly known as "aftermarket parts") may lead to the following: Lease or Finance Violation: Some lease and finance contracts require the purchaser or lessee to make repairs using only original manufacturer parts ("OEM Parts"). Aftermarket parts used in repairs may violate these contracts. Decrease in Value: Repairs made using aftermarket parts may lead to increased depreciation and lost vehicle value. Manufacturer Warranty: Some vehicle manufacturers require that all repairs be made using only OEM parts. Use of aftermarket parts may void vehicle warranties. I am aware that aftermarket materials aren't always a 10/10 fit. If I choose to bring in my parts ( agreed by one of our advisors), I am aware that all aftermarket parts brought in myself for custom work are not guaranteed to fit my vehicle. I grant you permission to test fit components and install them to the best of your abilities. JP Euro Service will not be held responsible for aftermarket parts that do not fit my vehicle. JP Euro Service will also not be liable for flaws in paint/repair due to material that is on aftermarket parts. In recognition of the above risks, JP Euro Service shall not use any parts for repairs unless customers approve. It is advised that customers consider the above risks when choosing parts for necessary repairs. While the Customer has the sole right to choose which features are used for repairs to the listed vehicle, JP Euro Service reserves the right to exercise professional judgment and refuse to make repairs using parts deemed inadequate or unsafe. A car comes from a different shop for effective service or to be diagnosed with mechanical or electrical issues. We are not liable for those pre-existing conditions and any new mechanical or electrical problems that could permeate from diagnosing or repairing. Based on the diagnosis assessment, any recommended repairs that are not authorized, we are not liable for any issues that may arise from not doing the repairs.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND MANNER OF COMMUNICATIONS: This authorization is subject to your consent to electronic transactions and disclosures. You agree that your electronic signature has the same force and effect and is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this authorization form. Furthermore, I authorize JP Euro to communicate with me regarding my repair via email and SMS, MMS, or other phone-based messaging, including by use of an automatic telephone dialing system or a pre-recorded voice; I understand that I may opt-out of such communications at any time.*
